Please read these terms and conditions carefully before creating an account or using any service on the kh44 platform — they define your rights and responsibilities.
Introduction & Acceptance of Terms
These terms and conditions ("Terms") apply to the use of the kh44 platform and its associated services. By registering, logging in, or beginning to use any service on kh44, you are considered to have read, understood, and agreed to all the terms set out below.
kh44 reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform after any changes indicates your acceptance of the revised Terms. You are therefore encouraged to review this page regularly.
These Terms are written in Bengali. Any translation provided in another language is for informational convenience only — the Bengali version is the legally binding one.
Eligibility & Account Registration
To create an account on kh44, the following conditions must be met:
- You must be at least 21 years of age.
- You do not reside in a jurisdiction where online gaming is completely prohibited.
- You are creating the account for yourself and by your own decision — not on behalf of anyone else.
- Each person may hold only one account. Creating multiple accounts may result in all accounts being suspended and any balances forfeited.
- All information provided at registration must be fully accurate, truthful, and up to date.
You are solely responsible for the security of your account. Never share your login credentials (username and password) with any third party. If you notice any suspicious activity on your account, notify kh44 Support immediately.
kh44 may request documentation at any time for identity verification. kh44 reserves the right to temporarily suspend an account if satisfactory verification is not completed.
Deposits, Withdrawals & Payment Methods
kh44 supports the following payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and bank transfer (including major Bangladeshi banks such as Sonali Bank and Dutch-Bangla Bank).

Before processing a withdrawal request, kh44 will confirm that the user has met all applicable wagering requirements and that identity verification has been completed. Attempting to withdraw while a bonus is active may result in the bonus being forfeited.
Deposits and withdrawals may only be made using a method registered in your own name. Transactions using third-party accounts are strictly prohibited and may result in account closure.
Bonuses & Promotional Offers
Welcome Bonus
Members making their first deposit at kh44 will receive a 100% first-deposit bonus of up to ৳8,000. Two examples are given below:
- ৳1,000 deposited → bonus ৳1,000 → total balance ৳2,000
- ৳18,000 deposited → bonus ৳8,000 → total balance ৳26,000
Wagering Requirement
The wagering requirement for the welcome bonus is 25x — calculated on the bonus amount only, not on the deposit amount.
Example: If you receive a ৳1,000 bonus, the wagering requirement = ৳1,000 × 25 = ৳25,000 in bets must be placed before winnings from the bonus can be withdrawn.
A bonus offer applies to one account once only. Any attempt to claim a bonus through multiple accounts or through different accounts belonging to members of the same household will result in all bonuses being cancelled.
General Bonus Rules
- Any bonus offer not used within its specified time limit will be cancelled automatically.
- Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly; they become withdrawable only after the wagering requirement has been met.
- kh44 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any bonus offer.
VIP Program & Cashback
The kh44 VIP program has four tiers. The weekly cashback rate differs at each tier:

kh44 sets the criteria for tier advancement, which may change from time to time. Regular and active play provides the opportunity to move to higher tiers. Cashback is credited directly to the account and may be subject to its own wagering requirements.
Gaming Code of Conduct & Prohibited Activities
All kh44 users must use the platform in an honest and fair manner. Any of the following activities are strictly prohibited and may result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of any balance:
- Placing bets or playing games using automated software, bots, or scripts.
- Exploiting system errors or technical flaws to gain an unfair advantage.
- Using the platform for money laundering or any illegal financial activity.
- Creating an account using a false identity, forged documents, or another person's information.
- Abusing the bonus system, such as coordinated betting to exploit bonuses (bonus arbitrage).
- Harassing other users or engaging in inappropriate behaviour.
kh44 reserves the right to investigate any suspicious activity. During an investigation, the account and funds may be temporarily frozen.
Responsible Gaming
kh44 believes that gambling is a form of entertainment and should be enjoyed responsibly. We provide users with the ability to set their own deposit and betting limits.

kh44 always strives to operate a safe and reliable platform. However, our liability is limited in the following matters:
- Issues caused by internet disconnection or a fault with the user's device.
- Technical issues on the part of third-party software or game providers.
- Force majeure events — natural disasters, cyber attacks, or government directives.
- Loss arising from a user's own negligence or breach of these Terms.
kh44 reserves the right to reclaim any winnings or bonuses incorrectly awarded due to a technical error.
Gambling carries financial risk. Do not bet more than you can afford to lose. Use kh44 for entertainment purposes only.
Account Closure & Changes to Terms
Closure by the User
You may request to close your account at any time by contacting our support team. Any pending transactions must be completed before the account is closed.

kh44 may temporarily or permanently close an account for the following reasons:
- Serious breach of these Terms.
- Evidence of fraudulent or illegal activity.
- Failure to complete identity verification.
- An account that has been inactive for an extended period.
Changes to Terms
kh44 may amend these Terms at any time with reasonable notice. Users will be notified of significant changes by email or through the platform.
